We respect your right to privacy. We do not share any information you provide us with anybody. This includes your Name, address, telephone number and email address. None of this information will be given out in any form unless required by law.

What information is collected? How do we use it?
No personal information is kept when you visit our sites.
When you order through our secured site, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. Shipping Information
All orders are fulfilled within one business day of having been placed. Pretty Claws ships to all US states, territories, bases, and international countries unless prohibited by law. Shipping is completed Mon - Sat excluding US holidays or any other occurrences in which USPS is closed. Standard free US shipping is completed via USPS First Class Mail. Priority shipping is completed with USPS priority shipping. All international shipments will be shipped by USPS International First Class. Pretty Claws does not guarantee delivery dates with any of these methods. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. In the event of shipment error Pretty Claws will investigate source of error and has the right to decide final action based on root cause.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
We have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.
Products Return & Exchange Policy
The original receipt, gift receipt or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges. Return & Exchange Period is 30 days for all products. Non-returnable Items are Items that are damaged or abused. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange.
All sale items are considered "Final Sale" and are not eligible to be returned.
